LOVE STORY OF GOD ENGRAVED ON CORIAN

As per title of this article I will describe how to use router for engraving in some points firstly i give a quick brief on love story of god whose featured image you can see in top let me start from following steps.

lord Krishna is consider as a founder of bhagwad geeta itself had so many stories one of the most narrated story is about his devotee or lover radha even today in Hinduism we recite radha name as salutation or greeting like radhekrishana or radhe radhe. this kind of pure relationship of love we cannot seen in any other religion some have trust that radha krishan are identical they have seprate bodies but inner soul is not different to one another if radha is a wave then krishana is a ocean of love you can see wave in different view but wave is creation of ocean and in the end that wave merge with ocean same as radha krishan i can write unending articles on their love but i am here not giving lectures on love i am here to show my artwork and how i engraved it on corian so let me describe how is it made in following steps kindly take a look.

MATERIAL

what is corian.Its mainly use is as a corian countertops(what is corian countertops) surface, now a days so many companies making solid surface.LG and samsung one of them.it has property to translucent light white corian originated by dupont mainly in different thickness.we can purchase 12mm and 6 mm from market it is eaisly available now a days and several corian color options are there too.corian cutting is hard task to do i can describe in following steps how to do it properly According to need of your home interior .for corian work you can contact us or you can google corian fabricators near me.

3D MODELLING

usually artist like me gaze on latest trends, estimating the price value of trend which guiding the market and which things are gaining access to the business. usually, when a new trend is in we uses 3d software like artcam corel etc and start designing these latest things.this design made of 3d software give command into another software which make programmed to use by cnc machines.firstly i searched high quality pics on radhakrishana on google or another search engines like pint rest etc after that i choose one of the best picture in position or in quality.Then after enhancing picture quality on Photoshop i ll import that pic in 3d software to make 3d model.

PROGRAMMING OR MACHINING

using #3d software to make program or g-code
when 3d model of radha kishan is ready with good finish. I start to make program file which read by cnc machine or we can say i make g-code for machine using cam software such as art cam powermill etc. In which we select tool or bit to use machine feed speed plunge speed in and out on stock material.how much depth of cut of tool and speed mention.we also calculate timing by simulation on software this photo size is approx 6 feet long 2.5 feet in width it will take minimum 20 hours to complete engraving on corian marble material (corian 12 mm).after corian cutting of 3d model we design border and exact size we want on machine.

ENGRAVING

It is beautifully engraved in 12 mm corian marble by using of advance technology imagery in ways you’ve never seen before.we firstly clamp material on machine according to specifications then we install precise tool in spindle of machine which start engraving on corian cutting easily.spindle rpm set minimum 12000 for good result .after setting up material and origin of start point we execute program to start engraving on corian marble .it will take 20 hours to finish with one tool then we install second tool for border and outer size.it is an automatic process operator check and give surety that engraving is going fine as per program or 3d model if any mistake happen while engraving it cant be undone .we have to start again with new material.

L.E.D LIGHTS

Back framing is done with different material and back lit by l.e.d .We use warm color three chip module of samsung company to give grace to engraved corian as you can see in above image it is good for home interior and office interiors .it leave different impression on client if it is place in your office.
