titions,corian partitions,wood toilet partitions,wood office partitions and more to enhance the beauty of space as well as full fill the motive of separation one space in two. partitions creatively designed by interior designer for home interior which suits your home color scheme and mood.In old times our ancestor made jaalis of mud by using primitive tools you can see old type of jaalis in rajasthan, udaipur, jaipur, etc many work of jaali on marble you can see in agra during tajmahal visit. marble jaali enhance the look of architecture.In this article we talk about mdf and wpc jaalis which are most popular in india from longtime. some designs are custom made and designed by designer as per requirement of client i am attaching some pics of our jaali designs for an ease of understanding. In following points i will describe how we made that designers jaalis(only mdf and wpc ).

MEASUREMENT

firstly we visit site of client to start the process of jaali partitions with precise measurement of space.which client want to divide in two with measurement we can give estimate budget of partition and consult thickness and designs as per client interest.

DRAWING

After measurement of space we start to make drawing of selected design of partitions we provides exact dimensions and printout of designs which are selected by client .any amendment done later in drawing if we have any.

3D MODELLING

usually artist like me gaze on latest trends, estimating the price value of trend which guiding the market and which things are gaining access to the business. usually, when a new trend is in we uses 3d softwares like artcam corel etc and start designing these latest things.this design made of 3d software give command into another software which make programmed to use by cnc machines.

MATERIALlaminate mdf and stainless steel wall art

As per design we choose material some we make in wood some in mdf some in corian as per shown in image this design make in wpc board,mdf board and pu polish to give smooth and marvelous look.why we choose wpc board it is because properties of board is special for us it is fire proof water proof termite proof with good strength where as mdf is not waterproof nor heat proof material cost vary by quality we choose according to budget of client.

ENGRAVING

As per drawing we start to cut wpc board or mdf board on our cnc router machines in which exact dimensions and design already feed in for cutting .we use 12000 rpm of spindle to through cut 12 mm deep or 18 mm deep on sheets as per sheet thickness with end mill tool.some designs take 2 hrs to cut it down some take 8 hours depending on how dense a design is or how minute detailing is there.

PAINT JOB

when we cut board we start to apply paint on board as per color scheme or as per client requirement.we can do duco or pu paint or polyster according budget of client some times paint job is bear by client also we only provide mdf or wpc raw jaali to them.
