ABOUT GOLDEN TEMPLE

Amritsar gurudwara (India )DARBAR SAHIB is not only a scared place of the Sikhs, any cast, nationality or race can come to attain spiritual grace and inner fulfillment without any hindrance but also a symbol of human brotherhood and equality. It also represents the unique identity, glory and heritage of the Sikhs.
It is a hard task for me to describe the philosophy, ideology as well as the historical legacy of darbar Sahib . It is a matter of personal experience rather than description in some words.
Guru Amar Dass Ji (3rd Sikh Guru) advised to Sri Guru Ram Dass Ji (4th Sikh Guru) start the digging of Sarovar in darbar Sahib in 1577 A.D., which was later on built by Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji (5th Sikh Guru) on December 15, 1588 and He also started the construction of darbar Sahib. dhan Guru Granth Sahib (holy scripture of the Sikhs), after its compilation, was first installed at darbar Sahib on August 16, 1604 A.D. A devotee Sikh, Baba Budha Ji was appointed its first Head Priest(granthi).
The Golden Temple Amritsar India (darbar Sahib Amritsar) has a unique Sikh architecture. Built at a level lower than the surrounding land level, The Gurudwara teaches the lesson of humanity. The four entrances of this holy place from all four directions, that people belonging to every cast of life are equally welcome here.

3D MODELLING

usually artist like me gaze on latest trends, estimating the price value of trend which guiding the market and which things are gaining access to the business. usually, when a new trend is in we uses 3d softwares like artcam corel etc and start designing these latest things.this design made of 3d software give command into another software which make programmed to use by cnc machines.firstly i searched high quality pics of #golden temple on google or another search engines like pint rest etc after that i choose one of the best picture in position or in quality.then after enhancing picture quality on Photoshop i ll import that pic in 3d software to make 3d model of that picture.using some sculpting tools i give that 3d model finish look to work on.

PROGRAMMING OR MACHINING

when 3d model of golden temple is ready with good finish i start to make programmed file which read by cnc machine or we can say i make g-code for machine using cam software such as artcam powermill etc in which we select tool or bit to use machine feed speed plunge speed in and out on stock material.how much depth of cut of tool and speed mention.we also calculate timing by simulation on software this photo size is approx 4 feet long 2.5 in width it will take minimum thirty(30) hours to complete engraving on stock material (corian 12 mm).after engraving of 3d model we maintain border and exact size we want on machine.

ENGRAVED

For home interior It is beautifully engraved in 12 mm corian by using of advance technology imagery in ways you’ve never seen before.we firstly clamp corian marble on machine according to specifications then we install precise tool in spindle of machine which start corian cutting easily.spindle rpm set minimum 10000 for good result .after setting up material and origin of start point we execute programmed to start engraving it will take 3o hours to finish with one tool then we install second tool for border and outer size.it is an automatic process operator check and give surety that engraving is going OK as per programmed or 3d model if any mistake happen while engraving it cant be undone .we have to start again with new material.you can also check my youtube video on darbar sahib https://youtu.be/nw_f4Ks6RbM
